Client Guidelines Guide
MSA vs Code of Conduct
MSA (Master Service Agreement)
AI restrictions written into the contract between Havas Lynx and the client. These are legal obligations — not guidelines. Non-compliance could constitute breach of contract.
Code of Conduct
The client's own internal AI policy, which they expect their agencies to follow as part of the working relationship. Not directly written into our contract, but non-compliance risks the relationship and could be grounds for remediation.
