AbbVie

Restricted — Disclosure Required

AbbVie's contract treats AI as something to be controlled and disclosed, not banned — but it draws a hard line around using their materials to teach a model anything. Every use has to be flagged in writing, and their content can never leave the engagement to make an AI system smarter.

Key requirement — Every use of AI on AbbVie work must be disclosed in writing to the AbbVie team. Use LynxAI Enterprise (zero-retention) only — and never use AbbVie material to train or fine-tune any AI system. That's a contractual line, not a preference.

Permitted

  • Internal efficiency workflows (no client data)
  • Ideation and internal drafting with HITL
  • Research and summarisation of public information

Not permitted

  • Any AI use without written disclosure to AbbVie
  • Using AbbVie-provided materials or deliverables to train or fine-tune any AI model
  • Client-facing AI-generated content without approval
  • Processing AbbVie confidential data through AI
