Galderma runs a named-tool whitelist, not a general policy — if a tool isn't on their approved list, it needs sign-off before it touches their work. They're also explicit that AI should never stand in for real people: no synthetic skin, no AI-generated models in content.

Key requirement — Galderma's approved list specifically names Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Runway — LynxAI, AVA, Vermeer, Vurvey, and NotebookLM are not on it, so treat them as needing sign-off, not assumed-fine. Separately: never use AI to depict skin or models in Galderma creative — this account requires real people and real skin, always.
